True health insurance - not a discount plan. This plan pays a defined amount for services and procedures. This is not Major Medical health insurance. This plan does ask some very basic medical questions, but employment is not required.

Both plans utilize the MultiPlan PPO network which provides PPO network repricing, and access to over 500,000 providers nationwide. Providers do not have to be in the MultiPlan network, however, for you to be able to use them.
